Hi,
Just crusing the web and came across this site. As I have a trike it seemed appropriate to join.
My ride is a Suzuki GSX1400K5.....currently annoying me a bit as the fuel tank is leaking again. I did do a Red Kote treatment but that has clearly failed probably due to my implementation. I think a new tank could be required if I can get one.
Looking forward to reading other posts on here.

Thank you for all welcomes and support. Hope to have a good look around this site over the next couple of weeks. Lots of pictures posted....new ideas

Welcome to TT from the U P of Michigan. I don't imagine that fuel tank leak has anything to do with the smooth roads in your area I've heard so much about. I know you can have it repaired at a good welding shop, but then you will need to get it repainted also.If it is just a small leak, there are several repairs, but unless you drain the gas none work very good. The best are epoxy type repairs but again they can't be gas soluble. Depending on the size it might work for you. Good luck

jonny, welcome to TT and hope you enjoy reading and posting. Like the looks of your trike. Is that a kit or did you or someone local build the trike portion?
From North Mississippi Welcome once again

The GSX 1400 Trike Looks just great. They are an awesome bike. I tossed and turned about trikeing my one. I traded it in with 6000K on it for a new M109 R. Maybe I should have kept it ? Is yours kitted or self built ??

I purchased the trike already converted back in June 2012. The conversion was done by Lyndon Conversion in country Victoria. I beleive there was only 2 built. The moulds were done by Lyndon. I don't think they would have recovered their investment, but then again it can be a labour of love. I don't beleive they do these conversions anymore.
I will post more pics in time and some more details regarding construction.

Welcome DownUnder, I'm a new member too. How are you liking it so far? I love to tinker with mine, and already installed several mods that improved the engine operation, power, and HP. But welcome again..
