Heres a good exercise program for 60+ year old's Feel free to pass this on to all 60 pluses ......

The older we get the more important it is to incorporate exercise into your daily routine which is necessary to maintain Cardiovascular health and also build up muscle mass...

If your over 60 you might want to take it easy at first, Then do more repetitions until you become more proficient and build up stamina...

''WARING''. It may be too strenuous for some!..So always consult your Doctor before starting any exercise program....

I've got 1-1/2 years + or - to go & try it, but that right there is an outstanding exercise program I could actually stick with!(Beer)(Beer)(Beer)
