I have a 2004 Champion kit GL1800 Goldwing solid axel Trike. Does anyone happen to know what rear brake pads and Rotors were used on these kits?

Hi, I have a 2007 GL1800 with a champion solid axle kit and am having trouble finding a place to order replacement brake pads. Can some give me some help finding a part number and reliable site to order from? I'd also like to know if there is a owners / service manual for this trike...
