My wife is a gem.

After 23 years of going to Sturgis, this year, we decided we weren't going to Sturgis this year. After a few get together's with our Hog group, I kind of mentioned that I would like to go back again this year. After a couple weeks, my wife brought a wrapped box out and said happy Father's Day. A little early. Of course, I told her she didn't have to get me anything. So, I opened it up, and she told me to read the nice card first. Very nice. I looked in the bottom of the box and there was some printed out papers. I looked at them, and they were Reservations for Sturgis. Wow. Couldn't believe it. Looks like we're going to Sturgis for our 24th year. What a special Lady. Love her. :clapping:

Yes you do have a gem of a wife, wish I could find a gem in a girl friend, not looking to get married but I could to a special woman. At 74 I think it might be a little hard to find one, maybe not, LOL

Congratulations and sounds like she’s still a keeper. We are both blessed with great partners it looks like

My wife is my best friend, the Trike is and will enable us to take more trips together. We might make it to Sturgis someday but not for now.

Sturgis is still fun. Last time I was there was '18 before I retired. Well sort of...since I had my own authority and brokered my own loads I would always get a load goining to Seattle or Portland and park the truck and trailer at the Pilot truck stop in Rapid City and walk across the overpass to Rapid City HD. Had more fun there than anywhere else.

Good for you - glad you are headed back to Sturgis. We may consider that for next year. For now, we have plenty of trips planned.

So great to have a good wife - we have been married for 43 years. Last year on my birthday, she got me the 2021 Ultra. We triked that this year

It's hard to find a keeper for sure. In 2020 myself and 5 buddies left for Sturgis on my wife's 65th birthday so I think she is a keeper. Have fun in Sturgis and hang onto your keeper.

I took my wife to Sturgis for her first time in 91, she went with me for the next 7 years

I ended up buying her a lot of Black Hills gold jewelry ( a good investment)

After we moved to Florida it was too long of a ride for her so I go solo now

But she is a keeper too
