Still riding, still learning, and still loving it!!

As I put the miles on my Heritage with Lehman, I've learned a bunch. After reading some bendies tips on here, I've adjusted my technique a bit and it really helps. BUT I'm still getting some soreness in my right arm - during and after rides. I expected some sore muscles, but I guess I thought it would get better as I got stronger (and more relaxed). Am I being impatient ... or do you have suggestions?

Need more info.. Do you have a rake kit installed? If not that would sure help some. Other then that I'd say maybe some "Icy-Hot"... Really, even with the 4.5 degree rake I still get a little tenderness if I ride hard in the twisties all day....

After my shoulder surgery in May, had four months of therapy. After that, continued with regular walks and exercises of my arms. shoulders and back. Did a 4,000 mile trip in September and rode the Ozarks twisties. Felt great! We do have a rake on our trike.

I don't have a rake kit. I've talked with Bazooka, know what I need, and it's on my Christmas list. In the meantime, I will be patient .... and I now have an excuse to ride even more (Thanks Lucky)!

I promise you, the rake would make all the difference in the world! Wishing you many happy miles of riding :D

Went for a short leisurely ride last night. Very relaxed. No pain. I think I need to be patient - ride more - and hopefully Santa will bring me a rake kit. Thanks for all the help!
