I picked up my MT last May and had a few small issues with the kit but all is good now, it is a 07 with the Razor kit onit . when it was built the installer was set on putting in the 4.5 degree rake kit which seemed ok while i was just riding around home on short runs. The last two weeks where spent out in Utah and Colorado Wyoming Nebraska and South Dakota then back to Minnesota . A total of 4500 mile and enjoyed all of them except after riding for about half the day I would get a burning pain between my shoulder blades from doing so much turning while doing all the switch backs so i am thinking about raking my trike with a 6 degree rake kit.

has any one done this to there MT razor and can you give me the pros and cons on this idea before i do it .
i have the MBL risers on it already from when i rode it as a two wheeler . The risers brought the handle bars up and back and a little in which just seemed fine. The one thing that I have changed was i took the back rest off for the trip because I was riding two up and it was more comfortable for my passenger so maybe i was sitting more at a slouch and not so straight up. Thanks Ken

personally i like about 1.5 to 2.5 inches of trail which seems to be about 6 deg

some say its too easy.. it take a little time to get used to it!

i think you will be happy

i am in the habit of 250-300 a day quite often

Exactly right stacebg. It does take a bit of getting used to, but it is great in the twisties and fine in the straights as well. Just make sure and preload the torque on the steering stem to 35lbs at install.
