Hey Ya All!!
Getting ready for our yearly trip to Red Lodge (Beartooth) - thirteen years now but this will be my first year on my Tri-Glide. Can't wait to see how it handles in the mountains and how I handle the mountains with it!!

I've read a lot about tire/shock pressure and since you all are the experts - I'm just wondering what would be the best tire and shock pressure for solo mountain riding (lots of switchbacks and twisties).

I have the lift kit and right now I'm running 26lbs rear; 35 front; 24 shocks. Whatever advice you can give me would be greatly appreciated!!!!

Thanks.
Greg

Maybe about 22 in the rear but give her try and see how you like it. We were out 2yrs ago tri-glides can led the way. We will be out there in Aug. Leaving the 2nd and staying approx. 3 weeks. have 3 some going and meeting up with others in keystone for a few days. And then on to yellowstone and from there who knows.

Just got back from a trip from California (1500' above sea level) to Sedona Arizona (3000') and the Grand Canyon (7500') Pressure in the tires or shocks didn't change much from the altitude. Old carbureted bike didn't run as well at altitude, injected trikes ran fine. We have had them up over 9000'. Ride it and enjoy it!
