Modifying Road Zeppelin seat

I was hoping somebody had modified their up to 2007 Road Zeppelin seat with the tab mounted on the seat to fit on a '13 trike, which does not have that tab. 2013 seat has a slot that a tab on the frame that fits into a slot on the seat.

Reason: I kinda like the idea of the 2007 and earlier Road Zeppelin, having a leather cover on it, and also has a third area bladder for the coccyx.

I'm willing to spend the extra money to get the leather seat and the extra bladder if I can find a way to modify it without being an engineer.

thanks guys

I looked at it myself and noticed that the frame differences would not allow the seat to set right. Gave up and bought the one with the slot in the seat. Don't really miss the 3rd bladder feature.
