Memphis Shades Bat wing Fairing

Looking for advice on the fairing, does it seem to handle the wind as well as the fairing on a dresser and which windshield did you go with? I am 6' tall and have a Sundowner seat and a Harley quick disconnect windshield. We went riding today and had a fairly stiff cross wind. It didn't take long to become uncomfortable.

Any advice or comments would be appreciated. Thanks.

If you do a search, there are several threads on Memphis Shades & Recluse fairings, but a fairing isn't going to help much with a crosswind.
