Matching HD Trike bumper

Not necessarily, most welding shops do not have benders. If it has to be formed it will need to be bent.

I do a lot of welding fabrication and I am able to bend some things but not with the precision that is needed for a lot of things. The chroming is gonna cost. Chroming has went out the roof, powder coating would be less money. Due to the new standards for chroming by the government there was a huge price increase.
I now make what they want but they have to have it chromed or coated them selves.
If it is straight with slight end caps that's different. Custom bending one needs a good bender which most welding shops do not keep or have.
I use sand for bending.

That was my initial thoughts..... Not all welding shops can do bending.... Which is needed to meet my goal(match the HD bumper...

TKs for the feedback.....

Find a shop that does custom chassis work and roll cages. They can bend what you need out of DOM tubing. Then, either have it chromed or powdercoated. The latter is available in colors that look just like chrome.
Building your own bumper also allows for a little creativity in its design. (nerf bars added, etc)

Is it possible to buy a bumper from Harley and then have it narrowed? Not knowing your trailer, but might be less expensive to go that route - Just a thought
