Mary made another Custom Low-Profile Passenger Back Rest

When HD changed the Passenger Back Rest in 2014 on the Touring Models, Mary found it very uncomfortable.

It did not take long before she fashioned a low-profile back rest that was much more comfortable for her.

The one in this pic is the one she made for the '14 Tri Glide, and then transferred over to the '19 Tri Glide.

It has held up well for over 60k miles in all kinds of weather.

Recently we had someone who wanted one for themselves, and she just finished making it for them. Turned out really nice.

This one turned out even better than her original. The same as the original, it has velcro access to both areas of foam for adding or subtracting, and for access to installation bolts.

Thank you for the compliments. I made this out of need, the new backrest from Harley was hard and uncomfortable for me.


Well Fuzzy, you never know. But most seem to like the factory backrest.
