Just brought the trike home from the dealer . Had the linked brakes adjusted and the alignment checked and I have to say now its a whole other animal.

Had no trouble in any of the curves that the trike had previously tried to pull out from under me and pull me into the guard rail. I was actually able to relax and enjoy the ride for the first time since I purchased the trike. I now have the handling every one was talking about on the freewheeler and its way more manageable in every situation. I am a way way more happy camper now. Really was wondering if I had made a fatal mistake getting rid of my dyna. I was enjoying the ride today. Finally. Good news!! Thanks to Grizzly HD in Missoula for there help and for doing a bang up job fixing the trike and getting me back safely on the road.

According to my repair sheet.......

According to my repair sheet: re-adjusted the parking brake cables; adjusted the cams at left and right rear wheels to even pressure on brake pads so when rear brakes are applied both wheels stop equally and bike does not pull hard to one side or rear brake lock up unnecessarily .

I know they also re- torqued several things in the suspension to specifications just to make sure all was well. They also checked alignment of trike and balance of tires. Checked rear suspension for anything out of specification. The top paragraph was what fixed the issue. They basically tore apart the back end and checked everything .

Nice to hear they got it straightened out! Now you can concentrate on enjoying the ride!

Thanks !! I have been enjoying it much better now. If it would have handled like this in the first place I would have been happy with it from the beginning. Now that its fixed its completely different and much more fun.
