Looks like a good idea to me before that bushing wears out and then requires a new inner primary cover to correct, but I didn't find any mention of it specifically fitting the FLRT.

Same here, I sent them an E mail, waiting for a response

My opinion, it will work on the FLRT, I already have my housing drilled and tapped with a grease fitting like the factory did in the past

I lube the shaft/ bushing each oil change

That said IMO this bushing is a plus compared to the stock set up, and I will be replacing mine soon, I do not need to purchase the tool they sell, I make my own from threaded stock and use a bushing driver piece from a set I have to push out the old one

Just did more research, The M8 bushing is different than the Twin Cams, ( Shorter)there for the M8 bushing they sell is the same for all M8 model touring including the Trikes

The most damaging thing to a HD machine is the infamous power washer. Keep that friggen thing away from your bike/trike. If the damage is already done then theres no choice but replacement. If you were a wise cat and never used a PW on your HD and your shifter feels tight then just spray the bushing area with Boshield T9 and ride happy.
