M8 Air filter

I bought a used 2019 Tri Glide and it has Vance and Hines power duals and Vance & Hines twin slash mufflers but I don't know if he changed the air filter or not. It appears to be a cleanable one but not sure if it's a stock one or upgraded (.ie Screaming Eagle etc.). I've attached a pic, if you recognize it please let me know what it is.

I have done a lot of shopping around for the K&N air cleaner recharge kit and it looks like Advance Auto is the cheapest in my area
