Looking for help for highway pegs

I have a Honda gl1800 2006 Goldwing with a csc trike package with floorboards .. My problem is I have bad knees and I need to straighten my legs to a void pain in the knees..

I am not sure what are the best highway pegs to purchase ... Anyone on this board have any ideas on what kind of pegs to look for??

Not a 'Wing rider but I use Kuryakyn highway pegs on my CSC Kruze Kawasaki 1700 Nomad.

These are what I have. Had them on my '06 when I converted it and then moved them to my '15 when I bought it. They work GREAT and have served me very well:
