Looking at going back to stock mufflers

A while back I decided to go Stage 2 on my '17 TG. H-D air cleaner, Woods 222 cam, de-catted pipe and Rinehart mufflers. It was tuned after all work was done. The mufflers are somewhat louder than stock and it has been fun cranking it up, but I am ready to quiet back down. I have the stock mufflers and am looking at changing back to them. I know that I may lose a little power. Will I need to do another tune? Not looking to buy another pair of mufflers.

Check out the DK’s Thunder Toques that might be an easy solution….

As rhino 2 said, using some Thunder Torque Inserts™ will quiet down the Rinehart's some, they will also give you more power, and will not require a new tune.

They will Not quiet it down to the level you will get with your stock mufflers. If you have a good tune for the set up you have, putting the stock muffs back on will have you running a bit rich. Ideally, you will want another tune.
