Lights dimming

Now I have my fog lights working, my lights dim when I put the brakes on whether I have them on or not but they only dim for a second and then normal.

If the fog lights are on the same circuit as the brakes or headlights. You might be pulling too much amperage for the line in question.

Check your battery for proper voltage at least 13.8 while running 14.1 is better.

If under 12.4 when the bikes off and cold. Not great. The bikes meter is good enough to be useful.

If battery isn't an issue next might to check might be the main ground straps. Make sure they are good and tight and clean.

Dimm lights for me has always been a battery or charging issue.
