Just ran across this on another board. I say hell yes, about time. Of course it won't help most of us, but will be a blessing to those still on two.

And before anyone gets their panties in a wad... "(1) at a speed not more than five miles per hour greater than the speed of the other traffic; and (2)in traffic that is moving at a speed of 20 miles per hour or less."
