Anyone deal with them? Are they knowledgeable on GW trikes?

They triked mine in 13, I did have a couple of small issues, one they pinched one of the wires going to the controls for the CB when they did the rake kit, no big issue, you couldn't see any mark on the harness but I had to repair the wire. I also ended up with a small scratch on the fender, I had to go by their paint guy to get fixed. they were supposed to paint the lower front cover, the one around the fog lights and forgot, when I pointed it out Kevin offered to get it done or give me a chrome one, went with chrome and like it better. Over all I was pleased and to have it done in a day was amazing but I still went over every bolt when I got it home.
You story sounds a lot like mine. I got my gl1800 done at KD Cycles and in hindsight wish I had not. The paint job was done by them and not very good at all I didn't realise that it would not be factory paint until it was too late. The paint color was off enough to be noticeable but being excited I didnt catch it until I got it home. Also they managed to scratch my fender during the install which I have since touched up but that is noticeable too and it makes me mad every time I look at it. They just get in too big a hurry and get careless. I also have had electrical issues and a leaky trunk that I cant get stopped. Im too far away to take it back to then every time I have a problem so I have had other companies work on it and so far the factory has taken care of the issues. Roadsmith A+, KD Cycle D-
