That’s so true Bob , as my oldest Musketeer would bark at the microwave when the popcorn was in the making. (Popcorn addiction) Had to fill up her bowl or listen to her bark . The other 2 were crinkle bag eaters.

So what happens to the pup now ?

He will rejoin the other pups, and be reissued to another Veteran. Dogs do grieve, as I saw it in my pups. But they get over it a hole lot sooner then we do.

At least that’s what I was told.:Shrug: The more you distract them , the faster they recover.

Given the Bush family’s history of love for their dogs I was very surprised and much disappointed that they decided to throw him back into the the rental room rather than keep Dad’s dog..

Sully is a trained service dog, so maybe they think he will be happier with a human to take care of than being family pet.

It was said President Bush's wish was Sully was to be given to another vet that needed a service dog so he could help someone else like he was trained to do.
