Just looking for assistance on front forks. After having the front forks rebuilt, front forks taken right out of bike ( 07 Honda Goldwing CSC Cobra). When installing back in bike, how far should they stick up past the top clamp?

They shouldn't. Align the top of the fork tube caps even with the top of the triple trees.
