I did a search but couldn't find how do you guys jack up the front to remove the wheel on a Champion with Aqua shields?

My Roadsmith has the aquashields/running boards and I place a 2x4 short enough to just miss the running boards under the center/front of engine case and use floor jack to lift front of trike. I also leave in neutral and put chock behind both rear wheels.

Thanks guys, that is just what I was thinking.

Walmart sells ramps for cars made by Rhino. These are handy for all kinds of jacking chores on a trike. You drive up on one, block rear tires and then you will have lots of room for a motorcycle jack to roll under your trike's engine. Jack it up a tad, slide the ramp out and the front tire is ready to remove. You might also consider a couple of jackstands for rear work.

do you need to remove the belly pan before doing this? I removed the front part of belly pan that exposes the front end of the engine case / oil filter, looks like i can place a 2 x 4 just behind the oil filter but then it will only touch the engine block, not the frame at all. Is this acceptable?

What I do with my 1500. Just make sure it's under engine, not under filter. The engine and trans "unit" is the source of a lot of the weight being lifted there anyway.

I don't know about your belly pan.
