Maybe a silly question. The 3 best trikes in my price range are yellow. I will be the driver and hopefully my wife will be my passenger from time to time.
Do you think the yellow color is more for a female driver?

Agreed. If I'm allowed to mention brands (w/o being deleted like another recent post-not mine), something like GoldWing pearl yellow, or similar, is a favorite. "Weird" yellows like taxi or school bus, suck

I had a yellow trike, At first i really liked it.. But after a while i felt conspicuous on it.. Just me mind you, But i'll stick to dark colors.. And keep a low profile;
Was it a Grllyman color. May-be.. The Young Ladies at Hooters sure loved it :laugh:

Helll NO.
Im almost mad at you for even suggesting this.:AGGHH:
I got mine yellow on purpose to be more visible in the daytime.
There is nothing feminine about a yellow trike not one bit.

The way I see it.........IF YOU like it......that's all that matters. I have a vision of what I want my bike/trike to be, so, that is what I will have. IF someone wants to fork out the $$$, then I may do it their way.

Buy what you like, who cares what everyone else thinks!!! Get whatever brings a smile to YOUR face..........

Just my 2 cents

Hah! One of the real popular colors these days is deep purple.

Oprah loves purple and violet. Tell one of those bikers with the doo rag, hairy arms and tattoos that his purple Harley is a sissy color. (Then run like hell).

Actually, a lot of hard core bikers prefer black. Go figure.

My little bride and I wear yellow helmets, some times wishing they were flashing bright yellow light. Call it like you want to, Just be sure and call me at meal time.:clapping:

I think riding a bright yellow Trike is probably safer than most colors. People notice that color! Who cares what anyone thinks. If you like it, buy it. If anyone gives you any crap if says more about them then it does you bike. I've never owned one, but if I say one that color I wanted, I'd sure as heck buy it.

Guess what, I LIKE YELLOW! Now call me girly! I like to be seen as I come down the road and this color can be seen. If a car pulls out in front of me they are just blind.

Have you seen one coming down the road How far away was it when you first saw it I can see a yellow trike a lot farther then my dark Cherry the yellow safer

What is a girly color?

I look at like this If I own it no matter the color it's a man's color but if my wife owns it then it's a girly color.
It's what ever you want it to be.
I had a pink motorcycle once, rode it for many years.
Do I care what others think, let me think, No I don't

Hey, you think yellow is girly? I once owned a Suzuki trike with a beautiful lace on the fenders and gas tank. Bought it from a local gal that gave up riding.

I never got dissed from any other riders, including the locals at the Harley shop, with their doo rags, hairy arms and tattoos. It's all about how you carry yourself.

Take a look for yourself.

Trike sort of.

I just bought a 2001 Goldwing. It has a Tow-Pac kit on it. It uses the back wheel to power the bike. I guess you can call them training wheels. I've had issues with my legs and balancing, so this good for me. And guess what? It's YELLOW. I love it.;) Not sure how or if I can post a picture.
