Picked up the Chrome Trunk Rail from Harley and installed today. Looks great and very easy install. Just four bolts , open trunk area and take out insert and locate four bolts that hold body to frame. Remove the shorter bolts and replace with longers ones provided. Takes two to hold bumper to body to get started by securung nuts. Use torque wrench and tighten. Place inserts back in trunk area and your done . You only need to provide the Loctite.

Part # 83825-09A

Here are a few pics,,,,hope this helps. I know a few was asking here on the forum about install . ;)

Mine came with the bumper on it.thought they all did.i was down to the dealers yesterday and the two he has in the showroom both have em on.

Believe me, the price of the trike reflects the addition of the bumper. It simply makes the trike look better and is a marketing ploy.

What's the difference. You either pay for it when you buy the trike or you buy it from harley and install it yourself.Either way you pay.

I think it really adds to the rear of the trike. Needed a little something back there. I seen Kuryakan has a nice chrome piece that goes around the trunk lock. I think that would dress it up some more. May be my next item...don't know if anybody has installed one yet.

It's a 69 AMC Javelin , Red White and Blue. Clone to the Ron Root car raced in So. Cal in 1969. Will post some pics later.
