Well the time had arrived. Inspection due. And the concern I had for the bike. Front tire wasn't wearing correctly. $130.00- (shop had $200.00 +), Both rear tires steel belts causing center to ride off the ground. (shop was about $350.00), I got both for $233.00.
I bought online. (I'm partnered with an online business and Motorcycle Superstore is one of our partners).
Not sure how much of that I can share here. Don't want to create a conflict of intrest issue.
Just glad the bike will be on safe tires. Oh yea....the fog light relays needed to be replaced. $220.00 with labor. So, inspection will have cost me about $700.00 when all is said and done.
Guess Sugar Bear will have to take me to dinner!:) Oh yea, we did go out for dinner tonight...I paid:laugh:
cooltech:cool:

Priced rear tires today at the Motor Co. $168.00 each. Have been searching sites, know I can buy them cheaper. Advised they will be more expensive by Feb. Thought about doing a new battery, tires and checked out before winter.

From those who aren't from Pennsylvania, there is an annual safety inspection. And although some owners complain about it, it's a fresh pair of (professional) eyeballs looking at your bike once per year.

The inspections are done by private shops or dealerships (not the state) they *may* see something the owner may miss ThumbUp.
