Greetings all,
Does anyone out there own a Suzuki C90 Boulevard with the Lehman Jackal conversion? I'm looking at a few used ones (having owned a 2 wheeled C90 in the past) and have a few questions.

1. I recall the fuel tank being really undersized, having to gas up every 100 m or so. I can't imagine how frequently it'll have to fuel up on a trike.

2. Lehman being out of business since '15, I had serious problems getting parts for my wife's Kaw 900 Storm when she blew a wheel bearing. Ended up replacing the entire rear assembly with a DNA setup.

What did Lehman use as a rear axle assembly?

Enquiring minds really need to know!

Thanks in advance and ride safe!20220928_142732.jpg

We (our son) have a 2014 Suzuki Blvd - C90 Boss. This one is still a two wheeler. I might add that this is a great bike. Keep the gears down - if you try to run say 50 in 4th gear, you will be sluggish. This thing has a lot of power.

You mentioned you have to fill up at 100 miles. I might offer that something is wrong. In 2014, my son wanted to join me in Sturgis, so I got him this bike. I was riding a 2014 Ultra Limited.

We usually gassed up every 150 mile or so while on the highway. He still had plenty of room. He would average about 35 mpg whereas I would average about 40.

My current bike, 2021 Ultra got about 40 mpg as a 2 wheeler. When I added the CSC conversion, I went down to about 38 mpg. So, given this, I might imagine the Boss would got down to about 33 mpg. Still, with a 4.8-gal tank, you should get about 150 miles per tank.

Good luck

My brother had IIRC a 2008 C50T 2 wheeler and he had a similar complaint. He said the range just wasn't enough. A quick check of the specs and earlier models of the C90 did have smaller gas tanks, a 3.7 gal tank. So depending on the year of the Suzuki @geputten has and the hearing of his conversion, he could be close to normal.
