I have not posted in some time, but have been reading most every day. We took a trip to west coast ,last of June - 1st couple of weeks in July . We have not been on the trike much ,the rest of the summer. We rode 7280 miles on that trip, and have been very buisy with many other things since we got home, one being a home remodel which is still on going, but I am only working on it a few hrs a week. I had hoped to go to the Maggie valley gathering this year, but the rod run was the following week in Pidgon Forge TN,and it won out over the gathering. Maybe next year we will be able to make this gathering. The trike had less than 1000 miles on the conversion when we went out west. It performed well with no problems. I still have many things to do here at home ,but the rush is off,and can take it slow at this point. T have made a little progress on my old 46 chevy truck, but have much to do yet.I just thought I would post a update on what's going on in my world.

Stuff happens in spite of the best laid plans .... glad your changes or mileage reductions were the result of just choices!
:)
Most every year I tell my "Wife Unit", my friends, myself ..... that I'm gonna pick it up next year, more miles .... but then weather, family, "stuff" happens and bang, I end up with less miles.

Sounds like you have a lot of things to keep you busy for awhile:) you've peaked my interest when the 46 Chevy was mentioned... You doing a restoration on your truck?

Thanks for reposting the old thread, there's quite a few gems that I've stumbled onto here but this one I must have missed. I'll be looking forward to seeing more from you as time permits ..ThumbUp
