OK, well i have rewired the trike, fitted relay to all circuits and have a six way fuse rack, lights, horn, flasher, hazards, all LED lights in the display panel works fine.
The fly in the ointment is the ignition, i have electronic ignition but have put points back is to try and get it to work. I have 12v at the positive on the coil , the negative side it earthed but still i have no spark.

Can someone supply a really simple diagram showing battery, coil, point and condenser wiring. I can't see the wood for the trees, i am obviously missing something really basic buy its pissing me off.
I have renewed the cap. HT leads and rotor.

when i took it off the road it was running fine so it is something i have done or not done but i am dammed if i know what.
I feel real stupid that something simple ss beating me. I have done this many times in the past it makes me mad.

As with Fowler's diagrams, the ignition on power runs to the + side of the coil. Then - side of the coil runs to the condenser wire or the ignition post on the distributor.

Bit late with this as my email stopped syncing for some reason.
My problem was of my own making, I had a wire going to earth when there should not have been.
