Long shot but anyone know the brand model of this sidecar? I am betting the fender is a home made one ?

Looks like the mounts have been modified. I seem to remember there was a sidecar that used a plate type mount.

Vetter used this " flying wedge" style type of design. It looks like either it was made for or modified for a country with right hand drive, so it may be English.
