Hi. I joined this great forum so I can gather valuable information for working on my wife's trike. She rides a 2011 Harley Triglide, and I'm on a Road Glide Ultra. We live here in Massachusetts, and are presently awaiting the arrival of spring, some snow melt, and some warmer temps. Planning on a return trip to Sturgis this year. My spring projects for her include the lift kit, and cooling fan install.
Hello Bernie and welcome to the website from the U.P. of Michigan. Just a shot in the dark, but I get the feeling that you are a Harley fan. That's ok, some of my best friends are Harley fans. I only care that you ride, not what you ride. Do it safe.

Hey Bustedwing, thanks for the welcome! I see you're a UP'er? I was stationed with the 87th FIS at K.I. Sawyer AFB from 1974 to 1982. Always loved the U.P.....well I loved everything about the U.P.

except the daily flightline walks in 200" of snow and -30 degrees. LOL It was a great place to raise my kids, but the former wife didn't much care for it. I'd love to go back some day for a reunion.
Hi Bernie, welcome to Trike Talk! Some of the nicest people hang out here, and always a pleasure to see another New Englander join! ThumbUp I grew up in Wilmington, now living in the Sturbridge area. Give a shout if you & your wife head this way - coffee's on me!

Don't forget to check out the post for our annual gathering in August - we'd love to have you join us! :)

I was also on K.I. Sawyer during summer I worked heavy equipment repair, and some fire truck repair, during winter I ran heavy equipment repair midnight shifts. Got out in 79.

Am living two hours away from the old base. Still talk to a few guys from training on Chanute. Up until this year we had it pretty easy, wowsomebody decided to make up for lost time.
