What the President needs is a line item veto...Clinton had it for a short time then the City of NY challenged it as unconstitutional [1998] And the supreme court ruled the line item veto is unconstitutional........
 
80% of that garbage was forced into it by Pelosi. She wouldn’t sign until she got money for NPR and all the other “Liberal Causes”. Now sen. Markey wants to give everyone $2,000 per month with no end in sight. Do the math. How much money can they print before it’s worth less than the paper it’s on.
