How do you Downsize a

Downsize a Picture to put on here ??, I go to vBPicGallery and Post a Picture and it comes Back that the Picture is to Big, how do I downsize it to Post it ?????,, Tell me in Steps....

Rog, the picture viewing program on my computer gives me that option.
I downsize,,, save em to my computer,, then upload the smaller version to trike talk.

There are several free downsizing programs online,,,,
I have never used this, but here is just one of the freebies

If you're running MS Office, right click the photo and you'll see a window that sez OPEN WITH about half way down. Select "Microsoft Office Picture Manager.
Top of next screen will have two boxes "Edit Picture" and "Auto Correct". Select A-C first then E-P and play around with the menu on the right side until you get the finished product you need.
