How Do I Get An Assessed Value?

I have my Trike up for sale and the potential buyers bank wants an assessment of the value to determine whether or not they will issue a loan. It is a 2007 H-D Sportster with 2009 Roadsmith Conversion. Is there somewhere online where we might determine the value? I already told them to get the book value of the Sportster then price out the conversion kit at Roadsmith. This wasn't acceptable to them. I have also told them the amount my insurance company has the Trike valued at for total replacement (which is $11,000 more than my selling price.) Is there anywhere I can go to get an assessment? I am in NY State. Has anyone else dealt with this type of problem?

Do you still have the bill for the trike instalation?
If so here is a good rule of thumb, take the blue book value of your bike and half of the price of the trike kit and 25 per cent of the cost of your accessories and ad them all together, this gives a pretty could idea of the value of your trike.
Now will your bank accept that I have no idea, some do.

To value mine.... at least the last two... I took the average of the KBB and the NADA costs for the bike as a 2-wheeler... then added the cost of the trike kit w/ options (new) less 25%.... then added the value of any other major options less 50%... then provided 3 add'l "comps" (ad's on ebay for like vehicles year/model)... my Credit Union seemed to like that!

Thanks for all the replies. I think I have it priced right just waiting to hear what the possible potential buyer has to say and what their bank asks for now.
