Hot peppers in oil

It's really hard to get peppers in oil at any of the Italian restaurants around where we live, I guess not too many folks like them. We were at the farmers market yesterday and they had some really nice looking Hungarian wax, red chilli, and serrano peppers so today I'm frying them up with garlic, oregano, basil, and a little thyme. Looks like it will make about 1 quart jars' worth, they should go with the burgers we're going to grill tonight.
