This is my second message.. I have a 2005 Honda GL1800 Lehman Monarch II Trike. I have a rubbing noise when I sometimes make a right turn and also when I am going slowly into the garage. When I hear this rubbing sound, if I hit either the front brake or the rear brake, it stops. I had it at Ace Motor Works in Pitman NJ and they thought they corrected the problem by shaving the brake pad a bit. Unfortunately the rubbing noise is back again. I don't know what to do or where to take it to correct the problem. I just spoke to Pat at Ace Motorworks and he said to bring it back and they will check it out. They are a good company to deal with. If anyone can fix the problem, they are the ones.

When I enter my driveway, I have a slight incline and the mufflers rub slightly on the bottom. Could this have any effect on this noise problem ?

Just a thought, could it be that your (**if you have them**) mud flaps are rubbing??

Gordon first you got to fix the pipes from Scraping it might just be the pipes if you’re driving on straight line you do still hear the noise?..
