As we are old different cultures and religions, Easter means and is the same to all. However what we feast on differs from one to another.

Im a 50/50 mut. Italian and German, the usual smoked ham butt , pizza arustica , will be on hand.

When my grand parents were entertaining, the baby goat that just was born was served, roasted in the oven. Broccoli Rabe as the veggie. All was smothered in garlic. Along with the pasta of some kind as the first dish. Desert was the egg cake, pastries, and Home made liquors.

We all try to keep that tradition going but being the times have changed with our children working to survive, not like grandma living to cook, it’s all changing rapidly and being just a memory.

Try your best to keep it going the best you can, and hopefully it will follow, even if it’s not complete. Happy Easter to all, Salute.

Frank I am with you on this family tradition is so important to our dying cultures. This so important if we as an American Christian Nation will survive. To remain free we must remain Christian and I can't believe the good lord will desert us now. Have a wonderful Easter with family and friends. Fred
