I Found this great looking forum while doing some research for converting my bike to a trike for the wife to join us.... which gave me an excuse to buy another bike 
I had looked at Spiders and apart from the cost of them here the Wife didn't like the look of them, We went to a pink ribbon fund raising ride, Well we were marshals at the first post so I tagged on to the bike when the ride went through with my Daughter on the back and she went in the car....just not the same.
At the ride there was another bike the same as mine converted and the owner loved it...so the plan was hatched, the next week I had new wheels (well 12 years older than the last but I like it)
I am converting the VT 750....Not a super grunter but to be honest she needs to start with less grunt as she is not that subtle with applying throttle in the car....its either on or off.... but she is not a speed freak so the 750 will be fine, she actually hates the leaning in the corners on 2 wheels so should love the trike
