Helmet Advice

I need to get a couple of helmets and wanted to know if anyone has any experience with the GMAX GM175 Open Face helmets. Also has anyone done any business with Helmetworld.com to find out if they honor their return/exchange policies. They have the GMAX helmets for $70 at GMAX GM17S SPC Motorcycle Helmet Derk.

I don't know anything about GMAX, but I noticed that it is not a Snell certified helmet. That is a deal breaker for me. don't have a lot of brains left, but i want to keep what I have inside my skull.
