New to the community of trikes. I,um, WE currently ride a Kawasaki 1500 and are thinking about converting to a trike, but not finding too many choices. All suggestions, comments, and even some BS feedback will be appreciated.

Hey NH Rider -- and we welcome you (both) to TrikeTalk! Great place, great people who love trikes of all kinds. I'm sure some on here have help for you, so stick around and enjoy.

Welcome!! WooHoo!! New England numbers are climbing! :) Whereabouts in NH??

Can't help much with advice on converting, but wish you luck!! You'll love it!

Not many I know of that do the Kawasaki. glad to se another NEW Englander in here . I am in N .CT

Hello all, I am southern NH, near Exeter, pretty close to the coast. I love riding in NH near the lakes, and the Mohawk trail in MASS. Looks like I may upgrade my daughters ride to my Vulcan and buy a trike. Thanks for the welcomes and look forward to meeting some trikers. Ride safely, ride often!

Good idea. not a lot of options for the Kawasaki. A lot of good used trikes out there .

Welcome NHRider. I'm one of the newcomers here, and I can promise you will enjoy this forum as it helps you enjoy whatever you ride.
My choice of trikes was limited by my pocketbook, but found a low milage '95 Goldwing trike that has made me very happy with the choice I made. The important thing is the ride, everytime, everywhere..
Hi NHRider, check out Santiago choppers on the web. They offered a kit for Kawasaki bikes. Thay had complete kits and components. Good luck.

I really like that! I also saw a dealer for American Trike at a bike show so that gives me another option. Thanks guys. It's finally warming up here in New England so that calls for a long ride tomorrow.

You could also try Cycle Designs in Phillipston, MA. He has a shop in NH - American Trikes & Motorsports - with trikes.....he might be able to help, or tell you where you could find kits closer to home.

That be Doug from Cycle Designs. I have known him for 36 years from our
Motocross days. We were going to have him Trike Lynn's 07 Street Glide
but our Harley Dealer gave us a killer trade-in on a 2010 HD Trike that
we could not pass up. He is definatly a GREAT guy to stop in and talk to.
He carries almost all of the trike kits available. If it can be done he can do it.
Tell him Rob and Lynn said hello !
Rob .....

Hello Trikers, we went to Cycle Designs in NH today. What a nice group of people. Doug was away at a show, but I had a very informative meeting with Glen, who informed me that Hannigan now does Kawasaki and Yamaha's from 99 & up. Choices are great. I'm going to do some more research and hoping to hear from some happy Hannigan owners
