Howdy I have just moved from a cross country tour to a triglide ultra. I would appreciate any advice one has to offer on this transition. I ride a lot in western pa. always enjoy the ride down us30 to gettysburg.

I have been experiencing a sway when riding the bike I do not know if it is associated with the crown on the road but the right shock seems a little softer than the left. Air pressure in the tires is as recommended 36 front and 26 in the rears.

Any insight on this would be most appreciated and thanks for the add!!

Earl, welcome to Trike Talk from South Central PA!

The crown of the road will affect a trike more than a two wheeler. I stay to the left of the crown for the most part traveling down the road. That helps. Also try to lower your rear tire pressures a little at a time. A lot of us are running as low as 22 lbs in the rear tires as Jack suggested.

Earl............Welcome To Trike-Talk........:wave4:....

Earl the crown of the road is probably affecting you more than the psi in the rear tires ...

You're not far off at 26 psi....You can try to lower the rears a little...Ive tried the 22 psi as mentioned ' But in my option/case on hard sharp turns at speeds i felt like there was too much lean/flexing of the tires ?
