Hello from East Texas!

Well I am new to trikes, but not new to motorcycles. My wife has a new Can-Am Spyder 2012 RT that is a bright beautiful red and it can be seen it from the Space Station (although some cars still have issues seeing it at times)

I have a Pearl Yellow 2010 Goldwing that I rode for 2 years as 2 wheels, and it is being Triked as we speak. I should have it tomorrow. Anticipation is about to kill me. I am getting the Motor Trike Adventure IRS kit on it and since I live in Northeast Texas, my kit is being installed by Motor Trike in Troup Texas.

There was a chance that my dealer was going to be able to pick it up Friday Late, but was unable to make it in time to get it. So all weekend I have been about to freak out.So hopefully tomorrow. I hope to fit in with all you trike experts soon.

Thanks everyone. I am very pleased with my trike. It rides amazing.

I rode this as a two-wheeler for 2 years, and although I had test driven two with the Motor Trike kit, I was anxious to see how "my" bike would ride after it was converted.

I can tell you it is an amazing feeling to be on "your" bike with this conversion. The first thing I noticed is what a difference the rake kit made. At slow start and slow turning it makes a huge difference. I am sure this effect is there for all riding conditions but I have only about 100 miles on the trike so far.

Welcome "Tex". I recently had my "old" Wing converted with a 2012 MT Phoenix and am loving it - so far. It's hard to put on miles up here during the winter months, so still have less than 1000 on it. As soon as the weather breaks a little, I can do 80 miles round trip to work daily...can't wait.
