I'm new to the forum. When I was a kid growing up there was a Viet Nam vet up the street from me(just back from the war) who built one of the ugliest/coolest VW trikes ever. He was the coolest dude on the planet and I've wanted one ever since.

Looking to buy and restore or build a VW trike. Looking on here for ideas and encouragement.

Welcome to TT ssssmashing, you could look on CL or EB I found mine on EB but I did have to go up to SD to get it but it was worth it, but you never know you mite find one closer to you than I did. Happy Hunting

Welcome to the board, if U search u will find a lot on VW's.. we have some people on here who build and have built their own VW trikes... so don't be shy about asking questions...

Welcome aboard. I just bought a Runabout built by The Trike Shop VW trike for my daughter. She loves it. Check Craig's lists and E-Bay. Wide price ranges from 5 k to over 20k. Look areound find one you like.
