Heated hand grips

I installed a set of heated hand grips inserts.
The flat type you wrap around the grip
hey are Heat Demons. Do not remember the rating on the but they have 3 settings (high off low)

Im not getting the heat I thought I would out of them
I dont know if it is a issue with the units or how I mounted them

Here is how I mounted them

steal bar handle bar
1/4 inch spongy rubber over the steal (old mouse pads)
heating element
Para cord

I've never bothered to use heated hand grips, so I don't know how warm they are actually supposed to get bro.

I always figured; if its cold enough to need heating anything, then its too cold to ride. :laugh:
