hi all,
So snowmobile season is over and I am back ....LOL ...
it basicly was horrible here in the Northeast (no snow) but
I trailered to the Canadian border for some sledding fun.
Well we are still fighting the excess heat problem on Lynn's trike.
So this year we are starting out this year by installing a set of
Rush 1.75 slip-ons (cus she likes the sound of mine).
Before ordering the set I checked under her trike just to make
sure we could use the same slip-ons as a regular bagger.
But to my amazement I was SHOCKED to see on the right side
as the exhaust goes to the left side it not only bends at 90* it
also gets UNBELIEVABLY smaller ! Where it passes under the
trike and under the drive belt it actually goes into about a
ONE INCH some what retangular shape. Talk about BLOCKAGE.
Why bother putting on LARGER diameter slip-ons when it gets
this small before the muffler ? So as a called to place an order
from cyclesolutionsonline.com I called thier tech service first.
Dammm .... nice people (1st time I ever called) he told me
about the Rush head pipe that does not get small like that.
Anyone running the Rush headpipe confirm this ?
Any thoughts about this from any of you experienced people
here that wrench on bikes ?
Thanks for replies .....
