Head Pipes

Yes you can, but if you are purchasing the header there are better choices. FuelMoto JackPot is stainless steel and flowes better, and FullSac regular steel ceramic coated flows better. So if your going to purchase, look at these. There are many posts on the forum about both. If you have a 2009 header laying around I would certainly use it. These are 2-1-2 design and there are 2-2 headers out there also but you loose some torque when you get away from from the 2-1-2 design. I have a JackPot and think it would be hard to beat, and it is a work of art to look at. Workmanship is fantastic, you hate to cover it up with heat shields. I am sure there are other brands of headers out there that are also top quality, shop around.

Also I believe the O2 sensor bungs are a different size...I have a 2010 TG and I'm going the same route as you. I have a 2010 Stock Ultra exhaust system and thought about "de-catting" the header and using it, I'll also have to weld the longer right side pipe...Fule Moto and Fullsac are the best way to go, but add cost to the modification...if I were in you position and want to use a modified ultra exhaust I would check for a used 2010, HDforums has a classified section and sometime there's one posted for sale, also eBay is a good place to look.

You are correct, the 02 sensors are different sizes between the 09 and 10.
