On Ebay, they have some really good prices on trikes. Just wondering if anyone has purchased a bike from them and how they were to work with. Have you had occasion to use their service department?

I just drove from NE Ohio to HR traded my Harley in for a Honda CSC Trike. They gave me the best deal from anywhere else I tried. They had too for me to drive over 900 miles one way:Coffee:

I dealt with Chris Holland, pretty straight forward, had to wheel and deal a little but finalized deal on phone before I drove out there.

I have not personally dealt with the dealer; however, there are a couple of members of our club here in Springfield Missouri that speak very highly of him. They indicate it is the only place they will purchase a bike.

I live in Florida and purchased my 2013 Hannigan conversion from Honda of Russellville this past May. The transaction was 95% completed over the phone before I arrived. The remainder of the sale was signing the necessary paperwork. The staff is friendly and professional There is a good selection of accessories in stock with a significant discount offered if you purchase them at the same time you pick up the trike. 600 miles is too far to go for me to return for service work but if I were closer, I wouldn't hesitate to use them.

I bought my Trike from Horizon Trikes just down the road from Russellville,They did not seen interest in working with me.

I purchased my trike from Heartland Honda. I live in Oregon and spoke with them on the phone and let them know what I wanted they gave me a great price and I flew from home to Heartland Honda with a wire transfer of the funds and completed the paperwork and had them ship my trike back to Oregon for me. I thought I was treated great and would have ridden it back to Oregon but it was in the middle of winter and my darling objected to me riding that far in the winter. Have contacted them since my purchase and everything I was inquiring about they had the answers. I've checked everything on my trike and I would say they did a splendid job of installing the trike kit. I would buy from them again. I think this will be my last motorcycle as I'm over 75 yrs. This GL will last me to the end.

My trike came from there. I had shopped around and like the fact they do custom painting and felt their packages were competitive. Ran across these guys on a motorcycle trip when I had a tire go bad on a Sunday. Stopped there first thing on Monday and they took me in, found a tire and got us on the road as fast as they could. So we returned when we were ready to purchase. Not any movement on negotiations as their prices were as advertised on ebay. There is room though to work with them on things like extended warranty. We drove down and they were great about getting us on several different trikes to test drive. Since we were looking for a custom paint, we put money down and went back 2 weeks later to pick up the bike. Need to walk in with a Cashiers check as a bank draft they won't accept.<br />

We were in and out in about an hour when we picked it up.

Nice clean shop and good service.

I shopped on cycletrader.com and selected "trikes" in the list. I was able to compare models, features, milage and prices. I did this for about 8 months before I made my decision. Dealer and private sellers are listed. Hundreds of bikes. I found a dealer near me not so accomodating and I'm not the only one that has noticed that. Just don't know what it is with some of these folks. Maybe flash some money at them? So the online shopping really paid off.

I bought my 2007 (2 wheeler) new at Honda of Russellville. 700 miles one way, but worth it. Did everything by email and phone, went in signed the paperwork, the service manager walked me through everything on the bike. Had a full tank of gas. Great experience. Highly recommend them.

I am not knocking Russeville Honda. I even bought my 2012 Goldwing Trike (Viper) from them in June 2012. My suggestion when buying a trike conversion, make sure you check it over before you leave the lot. I did not do that when I started riding my off the lot to Hot Springs. Thirty miles down the road, the front left brake caliper came loose. The bolt holding it in place was gone. Further checking of the bike revealed that one headlight was out, one bolt on the rake kit had come loose and the lever for the heat vents by the legs did not work. Horizon Trike completed the conversion kit and picked up my bike, completed the repairs and paid the towing charges. Other than water entering the lower trunk kit when it rains (while riding), my wife and I have enjoyed riding our trike and plan on retiring next year with great plans for traveling.

My wife and I bought matching Goldwings. One was a two wheeler for me and a trike for her. Awesome place. Very happy with the purchase an drove 1100 miles to get there. Our sales person wasn't the best, and right after the transaction he was terminated. However, the General Manager stood up to the plate and all good. I would buy from them again.

They have a pretty good reputation and their prices seem OK. Just don't go there riding on a Harley and wearing Harley gear. Spent 30 minutes browsing trikes and was totally ignored by all staff.
