Radio just stopped working,no display, fuses good (power both sides of fuses),no bare wires, connections good, Had unit tested at HD dealer(put into another Tri and all worked fine) Power at radio(not positive which pins should have power though) Ready to sell...but I'm old and love trike.

Yes, I agree with sending it to Iron Cross. My stereo worked "sometimes" so I sent it to them just a few months ago. I also upgraded to Bluetooth at the same time.

The fairing brackets are the culprit in these radios not working. I replaced my brackets when they broke, but the damage was already done to the stereo.

Works great now and they were pretty fast getting it back to me too. With the Bluetooth upgrade you can listen to music or e-books on your iPhone as well.

no broken brackets and I'm in Northern Ontario. It worked fine in another trike.

Sorry ,should had read "no power at radio" anyone know which pins should have power?
