Years ago I went through HOG when I had questions on handicap equipment available for my ride.

Didn't get what I wanted/needed from the MOCO, but I did get a response to my inquiry.

Don't know how high up the chain I actually got but they answered fairly quickly.

Go to harley davidson website and go to bottom of page and click on it says contact us and then go from there, I did once and but I went to customer service which helped me out or at least answered my question.

I've written MoCo a snail mail and received a phone call about 2 weeks later with an answer concerning my TriGlide clutch problems.
