hard winter

well all of you trike talk folks, I live in East Texas and we had a hard winter ( for 4 days ) it got down in the Teens a couple days. now it is just like spring in the 70s for the next few day. one thing about Texas weather if you don't like it, just wait a few hrs. it will change.
I don't like cold weather so I hope it is over. (fat Chance) on that. but I will ride a few days.

7 degrees here, last Saturday morning. Almost 80 degrees, today. This weekend? Forecast for cold,freezing rain and ice.

Not me. I'm not happy until we are in the 90º range. I begin to wuss out when we hit 105º though. It's been a few years since we got over 110º though so that too is coming around. But I'm still riding in it while others park them for awhile. I just go thru a lot more water poured on and in me.

83 in Midland today. Had gusts up to 31mph. Did not ride...dang dust blowing makes it not worth it. Supposedly we'll have rain from Friday through Sunday...ya' really think? They always predict big out here, then nothing except maybe a mud storm...blowing dust mixed with a few rain drops...sticks to everything outside. Car washes do a big business out here. When we do get some decent moisture its always a surprise to the weather people.
