Handel bar grip sliping, 2005 Ultra Classic

My throttle side grip is slipping. What do I use/do to correct this? 2005 Ultra Classic.

The right side grip on my 98 Sporty was slipping so what I did was to slide it all the way off clean both inside surfaces with a solvent that dries clean ( I am pretty sure I used acetone ). Then I smeared a light coat of silicone glue (RTV) to both surfaces, slid it back together and let it set for a full day. Never tried to slip off again. Might not be the same for the Ultra-Classic. The grip on my Ultra has never had that problem.
